YOGA
When it comes to wellbeing in general; balance is a key factor. When we work hard, we stretch ourselves to perform, we need to put something else on the scale too. In our experience, yoga is a very effective counter for stress. By focusing on our body, stretching, breathing and meditation we release tension and stress from our body. Yoga brings us back into a state of calm and focus. When we bring yoga into a company or a team, we see employees thrive. Why? Because yoga allows them to reconnect to their body and become more aware of their stress levels. As a result, they become more effective in keeping a healthy work-life balance. The effects we see on a decrease of burn-out complaints are astonishing.
Practicalities
We recommend doing yoga weekly, but if you have other wishes we’re happy to meet them. Our yoga classes are tailor made and can be done online (in case your team works remote). But actually, doing yoga at the office is so much more fun and creates more connection between your employees.
